Mahan moved to Los Angeles from San Diego and spent ten years working as a professional dancer and choreographer before making the switch to real estate. He spent those years cultivating relationships and working hard in every aspect of life — preparation, as he sees it, for doing the best for his clients.
He prides himself on creating a great client experience from start to finish. He knows the process can be difficult, and he genuinely likes building the seamless transition that takes the stress off the client’s shoulders.
Years of working in Los Angeles built tough skin and the ability to stay calm through hard situations, make rational decisions and lead with confidence. Today he is a dynamic real estate professional with sales across Los Angeles and San Diego, and a track record of service, expertise and knowledge in helping clients hit their real estate goals.

Mahan’s published specialties are buyer’s agent, listing agent, staging and property management — which in practice means he can take a client from the first showing through the listing, the staging and, if the property becomes a rental, the management after the sale.
